I, too, would be interested in finding out how to increase my upload. I consider myself a supporter of open and free information, so giving back to a community is part of the package.
Seems like my upload is always stuck at 30 kb/s though.
Given your upload rate is 30kb/s it seems it’s limited by your ISP …
