I think the laws need to be changed, allow people to have firearms, as many as they want, but nobody is allowed to carry them on their person or in their vehicles. They all stay at home and anyone caught with a firearm is treated like a criminal. But dont remove everyone’s right to own a firearm or as many as they want to protect themselves in case the police or governemetn overreach with their powers.

Just as with most trolls they will review the case and determine that there were some possible problems , they will not admit they did anything wrong but will withdraw the case and let him get away with it. They cannot afford the publicity of a huge case where they may have to actually spend money defending themselves, remember trolls are trolls, when they get called out for their actions they normally run away as fast as they can, the best example of this is Preda.

These terms like liberal and conservative are meaningless. That’s why I prefer specialized terms (I’m a democratic socialists slash Pirate myself.

I think he tries to use multiple reasons for not having downloaded it because any single arguments might be discarded by the judge. It is however likely that this is an argument that the MAFIAA side will use.

As long as the trial goes ahead this case is a win whichever way it goes. If Wiley loses then it can be used by other victims. If Wiley wins then a pissed of Republican might opt for restricting the MAFIAA by law. In any case it will get more expensive for the MAFIAA to pay off their hired politicians.

Might become the sequel to the Prenda soap.
