They don’t need to prove they are a legal service, they already are (due to some lollertastic oversights in the DMCA). They just have to prove that those baloney claims are false.

As an aside, it will be awesome to find out who the anonymous poster is. Assuredly someone will have to produce the person that posted the message, otherwise it has zero credibility.

In fact, Youtube isn’t even the same as Grooveshark, Youtube bans a user after two or three violations. Grooveshark bans a user from uploading (and removes the content) at the first violation!
If Grooveshark goes down, so should Youtube. I’m not that familiar with Vimeo, but I trust they are the same if you say so.
