It was bullshit. Some anti-piracy wannabee’s tryed to force some entities to force main ISP provider to shutdown some crappy websites. Most of them in Blogspot.

They had no jurisdiction so it was only propaganda as you might see on their website regarding pedophily …
Stupid moves.

For me they can close all portuguese websites that i dont give a sh!t … they are all crappy. There’s only on private torrent forum but if they go arrested, better because they are making money from piracy …

Over the past week there have been stories about the Russian army directing a cyber attack on neighboring Georgia and the FBI training hackers in cyber disruptions. Does it surprise anyone that the pro=BitTorrent crowd will attack? As a Internet Lawyer I see "black hat" SEO practices that are used to attack rival sites all the time. Hard to block such behavior - Easy to initiate.

Shareconnector.com doesn’t appear to be connecting the files in the sense that it is providing ed2k links anymore. That is totally messed up that the case is going to be appealed when the site isn’t even functioning like what they went after it for before. So is the next thing suing the internet because sometime, someone used it for activity that you didn’t like in the past BRIEN? The site hasn’t even been serving files in 2 years and the site says “This work is licensed under a Creative Commons License.”. This is up there with suing the dead people (RIAA, etc).
