The lawsuit itself could potentially result in a libel lawsuit depending on the facts. Attacking someone who either (a) petitions for the bankruptcy of others, or (b) represents those who are facing bankruptcy, with potentially defamatory comments on Torrentfreak… if I were him I’d launch a lawsuit against you for calling me a dirtbag and damaging my reputation by saying I can’t manage money effectively thereby damaging future business. Probably can’t do anything about the piracy accusations as those are in the court system now, but you are a nice target. I’d go for all the money you have… bankruptcy. In the bankruptcy proceedings I’d make sure I get awarded any rights you have retained to your 2 hour movie, among other assets you would have to declare.
