i have also been accused of this and never owned the game after several threats as i see them and thought this was a scam at first they are now saying that the last letter i got was the last and expect a summons if i dont pay 750 quid was 350 quid, all i have done so far was to send them a email stating i feel billuied threatened and harrased for something i hadnt done.
i stopped using my router as soon as this all kicked off.
the letters i recieved i just thew in the bin. i havent done anything so why should i be made to feel guilty and read there threatening letters. just waiting for summons to arrive now not nice and not fair not sure what to do.

Sounds like a good scam to me. You wite X thousend students with thread about sueing them about downloading one of the lastest movie hits. As ,ong as you make it look all official, I’m sure you get some responses, then you follow up and let them settle it for a fewhundred pounds. – it seems to be the way this gamecompany is doing it.

Pfff…. these second-grade lawfirms are very annoying. Using their threatening letters to suck money out of a basically innocent group.

Yes, innocent I say, because until they come up with conclusive evidence to the contrary, the free world still assumes one is not guilty.
Thank god for that.

(How else am I going to prove I didn’t go back in time, grow a beard, and kill J.F.Kennedy by sniper rifle?)
