That line always gets me, there is no way LEGALLY they can tap into the packets your pc receives or sends out, so how do they know? They dont… They just accuse you and without proof thats slander, Virgin Media recently got taken to court by a close friend of mine who pretty much wiped the floor with them, he doesnt even file-share!
