Those guys have more competence in phony legal terms than they do in tech stuff. If they had even the slightest of technological knowledge, they wouldn’t be spending so much on these cases, but then, since they’re as desperate as they are nowadays, who knows. Let’s leave the know-how to the people who actually know how to OPERATE A COMPUTER, instead of just the court-room. They must have some serious “apple store geniuses” working for them *wink wink*.

If you rely on your sole observations, nothing will stop this insane blindness since the deeper you dig the better it’ll work… for just you. And that’s what they’re doing. This insanity is contagious: other authorities, just as blind, are doing the same mistake. And that why it’s dangerous.
