yeah, IMO the rights holders havent quite realised the gravity of the situation and they are too stubborn to back down now.  I believe this whole thing is bigger than just a business protecting its income…this is about censorship and the freedom of human beings.  Take a look at that story about the subtitle site – here’s the analogy.  The moment culture germinates and begins to grow, it gets stomped on and killed.  The moment the light of freedom flickers and begins to take hold, it gets extinguished.  Copyright is in error.  I like to think the judges will begin to see it.  The politicians wont understand for a while, for one reason – they dont live online.  All they see is the votes and the money to help them be re-elected
