Regardless what you’ve done, calling Gary a sellout after he spent 8 years in court with a giant bully is just uncalled for. Imagine the amount of stress and time Gary had to go through in those 8 years, not to mention the enormous legal bill. If he were a sellout, he wouldn’t waited 8 years to do so. He did what he had to do obviously under huge pressure from MPAA. You’re acting like you’re much better, why don’t you fund his legal bill and see how many months you can last.

No, I’m suggesting that the private property paradigm itself leads to this. You think of it as “warping” but the labor movement has been losing ground for 40 years because the capitalists got the labors laws changed, now the media cartels are doing the same thing – changing the laws for their own benefit. These are two halves of the *exact same coin* – a social production paradigm based on the private ownership of socially significant productive forces. It warps everthing. Why do you think we had a “financial meltdown”? Because the banks and financial houses got the laws changed to enable mass speculation and the creation of fictitious capital. The powerful get the laws they want. They are powerful because they have appropriated the wealth of labor, who don’t own much beyond the necessaries of life.

They did. You closed up shop, signed the papers, and now the isohunt is no more. You fought with them to waste a few of their dollars, who are you fooling, only yourself. You didnt put a single dent in them. The reality is YOU are gone, and for the worst part of it, you shut the site as soon as you got wind of the archive going on, and didnt release the source code.. what were YOU so afraid of? or did you just realize — i run a pirate site, im fighting people with real dollars-im a soup and sandwich, time to get out and stop wasting my time fighting over property that was never yours…im sure you got some real skills.. but tshirts really? with your face on it? really.. gotta have boobies or something … people going to ask me why the hell I have a chinese guy on my shirt with share on it.. they wont share that,.. now boobies….you might have a fighting chance.. what a joke..

Why would you bother fighting anyways? You run a pirate site with torrent links to every work imaginable, like the pirate bay, what did you fight for? To save your pirate site? Internet freedom? File Sharing? I dont get why you wasted your time and money fighting for a pirate site, that you made as a pirate site from day one? Your lucky you got away with it as long as you did. Gary, I been a pirate since 1986! Your not fooling anyone, to make a website is easy, to fill it up with torrents and links is easy, it takes a fool to go to court to fight for a pirate site, waste all his money, get fined 110 million, shut down his site, and now sell tshirts… all in the name of downloading free software and movies.. OMG!
