haha yes one way to stop or slow the rate of sharing is data caps/ transfer limits per day/month etc, but then we would be goin backwards, dial up , and websites would need to be reformed to make legit content available to limited consumers, though as i say that i also think that anything they do no matter what it is it would just create a black market, something like secret community wifi, or even your own personaly 100m ethernet cable running between you and severl neighbours? how can they monitor a closed network,

so yeah like anything, if anything gets limited monitors stopped etc will just force out a black market for them to fight against next

public channels VS private channels?
i guessing everyone complaing about this uses a public tracker like the pirate bay demoniod isohunt etc, most private tracker have rules in place and complex systems tehy even if a FED is watching you they stand out liek a saw thumb as they need to reseed data, (forceing them to reseed turns them watching you into entrapment)

again stupid people using public channels and think they will get away with it for ever.
for EG, buying drugs from a dealer in the middle of a crowded mall and passing hte drugs over your head so everyone can see. risky, i think so.

I use torrents everyday:)
and to everyone that says that a screen shot of your IP address accessing a copy of a movie or tv show online isn't proof, i say it is proof, your just stupid enough to go through public torrent channels witch probably have some federal police as members to watch you (type of entrapment) but also observing anonymously , it is up to you the torrent downloaded to get you content from a site/tracker/bit torrent site that you trust, if you dont its like buying drugs from a possible cop. in short (your mother sucks public trackers in hell!) public is public and you can be seen by anyone, have you ever seen a shoplifter? did you report them? what if you were an off duty policemen would you report them then? or even try stop them yourself? if you do things in public channel's its your own fault if you get caught, silly youngsters don't know how the internet works
