Silvio Berlusconi had an extensive record of criminal allegations, including mafia collusion, false accounting, tax fraud, corruption and bribery of police officers and judges.

The Italian government is a corrupt disgrace.  But by all means, deal with filesharers first because we can be certain that they MIGHT have caused financial losses – even though multiple studies show this is not really true.
