		<description><![CDATA[@1 yes that was in some other country and it was b/c someone uploaded a video of a 15yr girl getting beaten up. Since the outcome, Google owners are supposed to go to jail and the site is supposed to be basically shut down. Well thats not going to happen so there. On top of that the judge has been getting death threats on his facebook page and got so scared he turned the threats over to the authorities and is whining like a little btch. The case is considered a falure of justice and won&#039;t be upheld b/c if it does, the whole internet is basically shut down since it would make ever site that has anything on it (user content, wtv) if they had one infringing content, the operators could go to jail and the site shut down. This basically means the entire internet]]></description>
