The key here is to make the copyright holder, for which the lawyer is nothing more than a proxy look like the worst kind of human beings short of actual violent criminals. Let them pick on some disabled guy who has trouble finding a date for obvious reasons, make the rights holders look bad instead of letting them hide behind their lawyers. Counter sue the rights holders so that they don’t get a no cost business model. People have to make it unprofitable for rights holders to get involved with these types of outfits. Let them put up their own money if they want to go sue hundreds if not thousands of people based on IP addresses.
