neostyles, your thinking has quite a few problems...

1) These sites are not handing out *anything* free of charge. They don't host any copyrighted files, you see. They merely provide an indexing service.
Besides, of course a set of conditions needs to be met before the admins will act. What kind of a world would there be if any random person would say something and you'd be obliged to obey just because.

2) One, it's not obvious at all. Just because a file says "This Movie", there's no guarantee that said movie is actually in the file. Two, filtering by name is useless. There would be _way_ too many false positives.

"Oh wait, because their entire userbase comes from distributing copyrighted material."
LOL. Please read up on basics of p2p. This is disappointing I must say. Can't you corporate trolls come up with better stuff?

If this is all you've got, no wonder you're losing. The only "win" was against TPB, but that required a carefully picked judge (when assignment of judges to cases is supposed to be random) that is completely biased.
