You basically, are making a connection where none exists. These types of lawyers are making it infinity harder for rights holders with solid and valid claims to get things done, because they first have to undo all the bad will (and court rulings) created by these hacks.

At the same time, I can also say that the judge is going overboard dragging people into the court without explanation, without reasonable delay, and perhaps even out of the court’s jurisdiction. That is over reaching in my mind.

Up there is your argument that Kim allegedly bribed several government officials to get residency therefore it is LEGAL for GCHB to wiretap him to gather evidence. HOWEVER, my argument is since Kim is a RESIDENT of New Zealand, GCHB is not allowed to spy on him, regardless of how much pressure a foreign government or interest pile on NZ.
