After subtracting negative votes from positive votes, Markus Persson of Minecraft was #1 and KDC was #2, followed by Arvind Kejriwal (India’s anti-corruption politician) at #3 and Kim Jong Un at #4. Persson made the list, KDC got dissed, Kejriwal got dissed, and Kim Jong Un made the list.

I would agree that Kim Dotcom is not suitable to be the voice needed for political change but there may be a place on the team for him.

The problem with the file sharing community is that most people simply want a peaceful sharing existence while locals here are more inflamed about copyright abuse. In such an anonymous world of faceless people then it is hard for a natural leader to emerge from the crowd.

For this team we need an expert in politics, then we need someone with a high understanding of copyright law, then we need someone who can well voice the reasonable demands of the file sharing community, we may need a lobbying funding adviser and last we need someone to rally the masses in handling public communication.

Once a team has been assembled then the political systems in the US, EU and more will know who to talk to voice the public desires under copyright law and to protect the Internet.
