yep if all of this happens to one who could afford to fight back,
imagine if the same situation happened to any of us where we’d have no chance in hell of a fair defense.
if kdc can’t pull off fighting these charges and setting a legal precedent where all actions involved here are deemed inadmissible in court, the rest of us can be plucked away for the same, no matter where you are on the globe.

Well, what puzzles me is that 22 million emails in 10 years makes it a raw 10 mails sent each second (counting activity only 2/3rd of a day, excluding sleep hours)… Wonder how many people were involved.

Just more government corruption. I don’t understand how evidence against a defendant can be withheld from him and his legal team. It basically amounts to: we the prosecution can see it, but you the defendant can’t, so that when we go to court we can spring it on you as a nasty surprise and you will have had no chance to formulate a defense.

Even with these being under the pre-extradition ruleset, it only implies that the us can force a person out of their home country with little or no positive proof that the crime actually happened. Once within the lions den, the accused will have to face the us’s warped sense of legality vs their country’s possibly more sensible legal system.
