Nope, only a permanent resident. The NZ spooks were acting illegally because they were spying on a permanent resident, which is against the law in NZ.
Dotcom is a German citizen. So far as I know, he has not applied for NZ citizenship.

God doesn’t say anything since he doesn’t exist. Why don’t you do something worthwhile with your time and stop wasting ours. If you added up the 4 seconds it took each of us to figure out that you are a God freak and not just joking you have wasted an entire life. Think about it you might as well of went out and killed someone because your actions were just as damaging.

That is if they are trying the case in that country. They are only deciding if he should be extradited or not that is why the lower court ruled against him and I bet the supreme court will too.

It is common practice for the US to seize money even illegally and even of their own citizens to prevent them from being able to mount an adequate defense.
