Ideally, but that’s already a lost cause. The law isn’t equal. It hasn’t been in the past and it is not in the present. Given that fair trails don’t occur, I don’t see why I should give Kim any support or want him to win, especially since I don’t buy your above arguments that it will set a beneficial legal precedent. The law is unfair, but it’s being unfair to one of the parasites. I won’t waste even the small effort to care about him.

To be clear, if we could fix all of the other instances of unfair trials in the world, then I’d be happy with giving him support, but his precedence on the list of unfair trials to give a shit about is damn near rock bottom.
