If a full album or full song got leaked, then it would seem like a real leak. But this is only parts of a song which makes it suspicious. And it’s generally allowed by companies to play no more than 30 seconds so if the clips total less than 30 seconds its even more suspect that this is no more than a marketing campaign. And to take something as serious as copyright infringement and turn it into a marketing campaign is very immoral and unscrupulous. It’s crying wolf and it hurts all the smaller artists who truly suffer from the problem. If they do that then they’re essentially supporting piracy.

I wonder if maybe Gaga realises there is now a problem with many of her fans being so loudly attacked by the more fanatical fans. I guess this backfired a bit, although i am sure she will still make a lot of money from her album, but maybe a few million less than she could have hopefully.
