Of course, as the rights holders,(or agents of) they *couldn’t* upload anything *illegally*. If they uploaded it in such a fashion, it would be a lawful release to the public domain.

An agent of a rights holder merely participating in the swarm could be considered to be a release to the public domain.

Sounds ridiculous? No more so than the asinine claims they’ve made against us pirates.
