That is exactly the plan.
It will not work, so new legislation will follow.
Then more, with some amendments.
Then a wider treaty, with sanctions for those who threaten to work for the people and not the machine.
With more adjustments to the bill.
Not all of your freedoms will be taken at once. It is a slow methodical process.
