The guy is an idiot. His MAXIMUM sentence was $25k and 6 months in prison, which means he would have got off with community service and a small fine. And he decided to miss a court appearance for THAT?

When they catch him, and they WILL catch him, his punishment will likely be worse than it originally would have been.

It’d be one thing if he was facing ten years in jail, but with a maximum sentence of 6 months (that probably wouldn’t have been applied for something like this), he’s just asking for trouble.
