If MAFIAA/US Gov insists on having Kim’s assets frozen, he should argue theirs should be frozen as well… They are prohibiting Kim from being able to afford to mount a proper legal defense. In order for the system to be just, the defense should be equally hampered in being able to make their case.

Plus, they’re arguing that if Kim’s assets are unfrozen he’s just going to make them disappear… What would stop them from making theirs disappear if Kim is found victorious and MAFIAA/US Gov is required to pay the court fees, etc…

they may well be running out of patience and they may well not worry about whether Kim gets a fair trial or not, but the rest of the world should be! if a person is charged and arrested for committing crimes, they should have the exact charges laid bare as well as the evidence to back up those charges. the person concerned then has the right to defend themselves but in this case, the prosecutor is refusing both the charges, the evidence to back up those charges and, most importantly (because they have made a monumental fuck up, acting on just the orders of some high ranking government official, who was in turn ‘helping out a friend?) is preventing the accused from being able to access the evidence against him and defend himself completely. and this is supposed to be justice? it’s nothing less than a total stitch up which has turned into a complete fuck up as well! the intention was/is to get Kim locked up. we all know that. but in their eagerness to follow orders and to please the person pulling the strings, those who executed the orders never envisaged anything other than a straight forward ‘arrest and whisk’ operation, where Kim would be away to the USA before his enormous bulk had chance to think. there was no thought about anything different happening, let alone a fight back from day one! i bet they even thought about shooting him to save any problems but that was ruled out by the number of people at the mansion and the surveillance cameras! i ask you, who the fuck sends an armed swat team to arrest a couple of people suspected of being involved in ‘illegal file sharing’? only people with an enormous amount of power to issue the orders and those who are oh-so willing to advance in the promotion race to act on them! there is no justice involved in this case at all! nothing except complete revenge on a person who has made a lot of money out of the internet, even working with the members of the entertainment industries as much as possible to stay within the law (take down actions) and giving the industry members access as well wasn’t enough. he had to go in any way possible!!
