Hmmmm…your definition certainly seems to imply that the existence of one precludes the existence of the other. There are communist vibes present in Corporatism (or corporativism), however to call it communist is a term I am certain that Alfredo Rocco and Mussolini (were he alive) would certainly contest. In fact, the Corporatist theory was the origin of the term totalitarianism, since it was intended to merge all divergent interests under the same state umbrella.

Not that one could necessarily declare Italy entirely 100% fascist, or Russia entirely communist. Ideals tend to work very differently in the really real world.

hospitals? colleges? maybe the US has the best ones, but only if you can pay for it, and when you think about that fact imagine how low the medical and schooling in the country really is if you removed the best from the averages

I would agree that they spout a lot of BS, but they are not first. North Korea, China, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, all spout more BS to their people. And the USA is number one in Military, Colleges, Hospitals, inventing technology (iPhone, Android, Internet, Google, Facebook).

I agree with you what you state.

I would like to state that in an earlier article here on TorrentFreak Dotcom did state that he did send emails to the Government through Carpathia (and he knows that the Government got those emails) asking what to do with those files but the Government did not give any reply whatsoever.

If what Dotcom says is true and he can produce these emails as evidence and can prove that the Government got those emails then the Government will have to explain why they did not give a response to those emails. If the Government wanted these files deleted then no doubt they would have him to delete those files.

If Dotcom were to produce these emails then I wonder what the DOJ will have to say to get out of not replying to these emails.
