Got too much other stress to deal with this and no cash what so ever to pay up, which I wouldn’t, or hire legal defense. Same as everyone else involved in these scams.
I advocate the same as you in that organization will matter when it gets to the point of being served with actual “you’ve been named so show up”. But haven’t seen those really yet in the thousands of does at a time cases yet. A lot say they have gotten the extortion letter, but very few in those huge cases seem to have gotten really “served” yet. I’m still waiting patiently for the extortion part since my info got released (supposedly) on June 20th. might take em weeks or months yet from what I’ve heard.
