Interesting #1. Torrent downloaders normally go for Horror/Action/Comedy. Not drama/romance.

I have to say I was disappointed in I am Legend.

Ive seen I am legend both in theatre and @ home by screener.
    Great movie.

Nice box office and also big torrent-hit. So are we hurting the industry … guess not !

“I Am Legend” was disappointing. The CGIs looked fake and there were several holes in the story. See “The Omega Man” instead.

For folks that like to watch movies on their TV and not their computer screen, both Playstation 3 and Xbox360 recently released software patches that play divx and xvid encoded content (movies) straight off external hard drives (via USB port).

    1) DL xvid movie
    2) drag-n-grop to an external hard drive
    3) plug external drive into ps3 or 360
    4) play & enjoy from your living room couch

Obviously this isn’t the cheapest solution if you’re not already a gamer. But its a much easier solution than mucking with burning discs or hooking a PC directly to the TV.

An iPod with a TV video cable is also a great alternative to watching movies on a computer. If you don’t have an iPod or a console, maybe you have a laptop computer? Often you can attach with an adaptor or directly a TV cord of some kind :)

    Same, very rushed ending.

so much hype for “i am legend” a movie that in my opinion seems like more of a copy cat film.

try watching 28 days later, 28 weeks later, invasion, or any of the three resident evils as all these films have the same theme of a virus taking over the world and having very few restore mankind. though 28 days later and 28 weeks later are far more similar then the rest of the films i mentioned the others are relevant.

IMO will smith doesn’t deserve an oscar for his rip off film.

i still enjoyed i am legend as this genre is appealing to me.
