You clearly know nothing about economics. Movies don’t come cheap. It’s not like music. You really think the majority of people who download movies off bittorrent are going to then go and buy it? Most people don’t care to pay the full price of a movie - why do you think Blockbuster became so big in the 90s?

So try to think before you flame somebody for having an opposing view.

Movies would come a lot cheaper if actors didn’t make millions of dollars for a couple of months work. They would come even cheaper if the industry updated its distribution system to the 21st century.

That said, movies will indeed always be more expensive than music, but they don’t necessarily have to be _this_ much more expensive.

Um, I for one download movies on dvd rip especially movies I really loved then go and buy them. Normally for movies I don’t care about I get anyway just to skim through and see what its about. if it werent for downloading I’d have never of watched it in the first place. With many movies after downloading, and liking it I’ve gone out and bought the dvd because I like my dvd collection to keep growing. For movies that are meant to be seen in theatres esp with a group of friends like say Iron man, Pirates of the Caribbean and the such I do go out to theatres download the dvd rip when it comes out and buy the dvd. So maybe theres few people like me, but I’m pretty sure people who aren’t going to buy/watch are still not going to buy/watch the movie, at least downloading it gives people a free alternative that may lead to a purchase.

maybe pirating is doing hollywood actors a favour, after all what are you suppose to do when you make millions a week as a actor, spend it on crack and what ever other drugs ? how can anyone spend that much money, why does anyone need that much ? its GREED yet the millions now they get still isnt good enough, and how can anyone say they are entitled to it, the ones against pirating would you be happy to pay a $100 a movie ?, because thats what it would come down to without pirating, PS3 and Wii and 360 are classic examples of how companys work, Wii and the 360 have been hacked yet there the bigger profiters but having to sell there games at a half decent price, yet the PS3 hasnt been hacked yet and there games are nearlly doubled the price to the others, and yet there still not making much out of it, there on the bottom of the list with total sales

its proper for this article to post only the real DVDRips… not include the Cam, Scr and others. besides it says “Most Popular DVDrips on BitTorrent” projecting the DVDrips.

I can remember when their were only 30 channels on TV, but most every channel had something interesting to watch and enjoy. Now there are hundreds and I still only watch less then 30 of them.
Downloading offers a selection of movies you want to pick & see.
Not be forced to buy channel bundles with one good channel that subsidizes 8 bad channels.

Also if you go to a movie or buy one and it’s absolute crap will you be able to return it for a full refund?

It used to be commercials paid for the programming, that’s obviously not enough anymore, the industry has become too greedy, thus downloading and sharing was created. The TV & movie industry can only blame themselves.

I don’t feel downloading is stealing it just takes us back to a time that there was a balance. Tack a few ads onto a download I wouldn’t care.

DVD will be released on July 1, 2008.

“Wii and the 360 have been hacked” - have they? if so where can i see this information. I have been trying to develop the homebrew scene, and so far the only stage the community has got to is crashing the wii using a buffer overun from a hacked save file in zelda. This has led only to a mp3 player being made.

These ARE R5’s… With Russian language dubbed.

People remove and replace the audio with English language, often Cam source.. which mostly these are.

IMO its much higher quality than axxo and pukka’s, ofc if u wanna start with the Xvid is the best and always the best bs then just stick with axxo.
