I don’t think they have robots.txt at all now. It is better than before, but still very unfriendly towards search engines.

We will have to see. Bad DMCA take-down notices are a big problem on society when they are censoring millions of lawful media and not stopping infringing.

Until there is some correct punishment done then the people behind this false censorship have no reason to clean up their act.

Even Judges can understand that one when even TF points out this DMCA abuse each week or two. TF only covers the tip of a huge iceberg of course when the small and meek go unnoticed.
