Well if the theaters were serious about stopping camming they would have metal detectors & mobile phone lockers in the cinema;s and release the film at the same time everywhere and not have release windows of 90 days which is still 3 months still along time to copy a film, The film industry could make millions in clever product placement advertising in their films instead of suing people & defending archaic pre Internet distribution methods & blaming consumers & bribing politicians like they are doing with George Brandis, In Australia & other politicians around the world. Stop suing adjust your business models and get with the times. People want dispensable media libraries not something locked up purely streamed due to the fact lots of people have less than 1 Mbps connections or media files riddled with annoying DRM crap. That's something the over paid narrow minded media bosses don't get or want to get!

Ok lets get a few things right not everyone is reading spoilers i do not read reviews, spoilers, plots so your analogy of everyone has been busted and is such a over broad term you really need to use it right and you have used it poorly .

Second of all they are drumming up interest 6,7,8 months before they give a public release date in the form of teaser trailers along with on set images ect..

The movie gets the first screener / premiere in the US as it is a US movie but then it has a world wide release within 24h of each other.

Learn about release dates, 8th of may is the screener, 14th is the general release now for it to be a month you would need another 24 days. You need to go back and re evaluate your statements.

<i>"15 days is too short..."</i>

Let me break down the usual routine in simple steps for you:

1) Hollywood studio pushes giant marketing campaign hyping their latest offer everywhere. Internationally, on every web page they can reach, etc. For a month or two.

2) The movie is released for US audiences.

3) Spoilers show up for the next 14 days along with the reviews and the criticism.

4) <b>one month after everyone not a US citizen's been reading detailed spoilers and reviews about the movie, it hits theatres in the rest of the world...</b>

Two or three days may be far too slow for the vast majority of the enthusiasts wanting the movie right then and there. It'll be simultaneous release or bittorrent distribution.

Bahnhof in Sweden comes close.

The second the EU courts jettisoned the Data Retention directive that ISP notified the public they'd erased all stored data and were now on a rolling 7-day log erasure and working on dimishing the time.

They've also announced they're working on a way for VoIP customers to opt-out on getting detailed invoices so the phone logs can be erased right after the call ends.

And have announced a willingness to go to court in order to ensure they aren't forced to log what their customers do further.

Many pure ISP's are well aware of the needs of their customers - that communication is a realm where personal privacy should be assumed.

I can get a cable that plugs my note 3 (with a full hd screen) into my full hd 64 inch tv... And i'm sure an app can stream the video over wifi as well.

so i can pay $1.99 for a mobile movie and watch it on my home tv? I'm still not convinced they understand technology.

The cost of a blu-ray includes manufacturing, transportation, and salesman wages, while a digital download is simply placing the file on a server somewhere, or if you use bitorrent then not even that.

A digital download should be significantly cheaper than a blu ray

Well i for one hate CAMS. If i download a movie and its a CAM it gets deleted straight away. What we should be more concerned about is the improper labeling of torrent files. Dont you hate those 3.4 gig cams that are labeled as DVDRIP. Drives me up the wall.
