as one of many people who bypassed the ninja video applet to either avoid the captchas or for use with programs like xbmc
i can tell you ninja video was never at fault.
every video there was a megavideo

premium uses can directly grab the avi, what there little proxy applet allowed was it would grab the file and instead of downloading it it played it with the divx player

similar to what illimitux does only easier for noobs
if anyone is liable its megavideo
ninjavideo was basically fancy link aggregation
