This repeat offender crap is such horsesh**. Look I don’t watch new movies anymore not because they are easy to pirate. No, the quality has gone down dramatically. Hollywood is hiring unqualified writers and they aren’t focusing on quality. Just James Cameron’s 3D tech and other gimmicks. Plus its all remakes from other media, sequels, or remakes or remakes. I have little use for the Hunger Games, Twilight, Avatar or Lord of the Rings. This may appeal to 15 year old girls or something, thats fine, they can have it. Not interested.

A condition for DMCA safe harbor eligibility requires that service providers “adopt and reasonably implement” a repeat infringer policy that provides for termination of users’ accounts “in appropriate circumstances.” MyVidster does NOT have a repeat infringer policy and they allow the same users to post the same videos for which DMCA Take down notices have been sent. Turning a blind eye and intentionally ignoring theft is not protected by law.

I would like to ask the question What about those people infringing on our rights. It seems they see things in very black and white. But when you take a look at the laws and guidelines their going by it clearly infringes on every bodies rights. What their doing themselves is very unlawful. And any lawyer fighting for the companies being taken to court should use this to to their advantage. It’s not just violating USA laws but violating international laws as well. I encourage everyone to take a long good look at the other sides rules you’ll find lots of loopholes that can be used in your defense.
