Most “pirates” are filesharers – individuals who share copyrighted content with others. They aren’t selling it or making a profit, and they are certainly not an “operation”.

I know some trackers have ads, and make money. I go to an ad free private tracker most of the time. I know the owner personally and they aren’t doing it for the money. And many of the ad supported trackers run ads because they have no other way to pay for their servers.

So reality check: Filesharing is a reality, BUT most filesharing is what some people call piracy.

But it is entertaining as an industry that has raped the consumer for so long finally gets their comeuppance. Those who lined their pockets with a greed and arrogance unmatched will fight tooth and nail to hold on to their crumbling obsolete business model. Their decades of karma is catching up to them and they are exposed as weak and helpless before its onslaught.

I make not penny one, nor will I ever profit from what I do regarding filesharing. But I will accept their accusatory name-calling of “pirate” and “criminal” and I shall wear it as a badge of honor in the fight against the cancer that attempts to throttle and control the world’s culture for a profit. They are few and dying. We are many and strong. They have the huge financial resources reaped by pillaging the public for decades. We have the Internet, our computers, and the comfort of knowledge that we are in the right.

So, continue to hoist the sails each day. Never give in to these greedmeisters who desire absolute dominance over your wallet and your media. They are staggering and falling with loss after loss. They know their time is nearly at an end. Victory is closer each day. It is just on the horizon, you can smell it in the air. And no army of legal shills and bought politicians can save them.

I have a theory about the police here in Norway. They dont make much money but their human so I guess they like movies, music and tv. The “we dont have the resources” is a bitchline they have used since the police was founded, but is never the real issue. And this time I think the police said “Fuck it, I like movies”
