They should put this kind of efforts and money to delivery quality service and content to users instead. Many times when I want to pay for content, they just piss me off instead.
I’ve been willing to start collection of Disney movies for our daughters – but as we’re multilingual family, I want to have 3 language versions (original, my language and my spouse’s). Virtually not possible – those languages never exist on one disc, and Disney does not offer to buy movies online for download with chosen language options. If I buy the disc separately and merge them myself, I gotta spent more than 50eur on one title, not to mention the time and effort to merge it myself later on. Ridiculous.

If these browsers demonstrate that a movie title is also a common phrase in common use – how is that title eligible for trademark. It would seem common sense that the right’s holders should lose the trademark. Indeed, that my be one strategy for opposing this censorship.

Time that those censord artists start a law suit against isohunt. Not to hurt isohunt, but to give them another reason to apeal the filter ruling.

Filtering on names will never work, it should be done on content, but that requires a possible illagal download and to much resources…
