Well that account got deleted earlier today. As he has been banned i believe permanently so if he comes back with another account the TF admins are well within their rights to delete the account as he will be breaking the ban. Everyone will just have to keep an eye out and if he does show up again then not to respond to him but just to downvote and flag and let the admins deal with it.
