It was a reference to “whitest kids you know”. A comedy group. Someones leg is being peed upon. And there is an argument of who should do something. It is a silly thing to argue about of course, but sometimes in politics, the arguments back and forth are quite similar… You can probably find it on you-tube.

It’s bad enough if a large part of the skilled and entrepreneurial leave. Those few who have the knowledge, ideas and glow to make a difference – maybe start a new company or organization which impacts markets or even creates new ones.

Most people would not start a new company, and maybe they are also unable to percieve how certain laws (cough, too strict copyrights and patents) make it difficult for entrepreneurs to create new things.

Maybe it’s not even worth to bother. Show your skills and accept the best offer from the big established companies…

I do. I didn’t say none will leave, of course, it’s deemed to happen. But from there to being a majority… Anyway time will tell. But the fact is that this sentence, being far too overbroad should raise more opposition than running off. At least I hope so. And for those who fled, there’s a saying in French: “no one is prophet in his own country”. There are other homes to welcome them. The real losers are countries who mistreat their citizens like this.

Ok, well in my home country… Skilled people are already leaving.. Well of course the one’s leaving won’t be portrayed as skilled in their home country, but rather as strange and shunned.. But I expect you to understand such things.
