Boy and all i’ve ever uploaded to a tracker has been plain text files with a .torrent extension… I guess i’m doing something wrong!

The most frustrating thing about that video, other than the completely ERRONEOUS and mistaken claim of subscription fees, is the trumpeting that the entire site was nothing but PRE-RELEASE material. A lot of you are being indescribably naive about this just because it’s easy to shout at the system. Unfortunately you are being woefully naive. They have been watching oink for a good long while (at least 3 months according to the reports, perhaps 2 years).

You want to tell me again they can’t trace users? They don’t know who they are or can’t find them through other means?

I think you may well find that’s bullshit and I think people need to stop talking all the bravado and start talking reality.
