That's why the ministry of defense and it's US equiv says in order to get delete data it has to be wiped 6 separate times through overwriting in random orders. Won't even mention the fact that no normal person has that on there computer so you'll have dug an even deeper hole then the police and or the prosecuting attorney will have had to since they have the ISP logs.
