Robert King is a closet pedo using his whole file lockers copyright infringement campaign as a front in order to hide the fact that he deliberately tells everyone where the kiddy porn is at so he won’t be liable for criminal charges against him. Wouldn’t it make more sense if he went after the porn tubes that have tons of copyrighted porn videos rather than attack file lockers? This guy is going after illegal software/kiddy porn/adult porn. I have proof King uploads illegal files then reports the site to Paypal. He forgot about ip logging & that someone would know how to tracert. This letter has been issued to Robert King:

It has come to my attention that you have been manipulating payment processors with fraudulent pretenses. I intend to collaborate with file host site owners, affiliates, & premium membership purchasers to file a class action law suit. Allegations & actions sought may include, but not limited to:
1.) Computer Fraud and Abuse Act: 18 U.S.C. § 1030(e)(2), 18 U.S.C. § 1030(a)(2), 1151, S.Rept. 112-91 § 2111, 18 U.S.C. 1030, 18 U.S.C. § 1030(d)
2.) Electronic Communications Privacy Act: 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510
3.) Communications Act: 47 U.S.C. §§ 553 and 605
4.) National Stolen Property Act: 18 U.S.C. § 2314
5.) Misrepresentation of © claimant: § 202.3(a)(3)(ii)

I will also work with Paypal providing proof of your fraudulent activities, violation of privacy policy, & recommend that they seek legal action against you.

Well well well. I can understand someone being against piracy. I can understand someone seeing how some files on file lokers could be opyrighted.

What I don’t understand however, is that when you walk the path of “they download files that have copyright” you seek out files that have a)BESTIALITY b)CHILD PORN

If mr king thinks those files have possible copyright, what kind of adult business is he in, I wonder ?

It’s just a matter of time before a smart businessman starts his own PayPal type operation to cash in on King’s efforts and caters for file lockers.

King is on very very shaky legal ground. If one file locker company can prove he is destroying their business : and he basically cannot prove they host illegal/copyright material unless he breaks the law himself and downloads thousand of files (if he finds it) he will be sued by them all.

If a file locker has just a few illegal movies etc, that doesn’t mean someone has the right to act as a vigilante and destroy their business.

Always a mistake to go off on your own campaign but when you interfere with another’s business, you can have the hell sued out of you.

Even the FBI can get it wrong as they have by bungling the DotCom extradition case.

King is a fool to himself.

You people are hilarious. Let me get this straight.. Your argument is that the file lockers are doing some sort of service to humanity by continuing to host child pornography, and to get it taken down it’s “disturbing evidence”, yes?

Some of you really need to give your heads a shake. Is there ANYTHING a pirate can do that you won’t defend blindly? These are just kids running websites for profit just like anyone else. They don’t even create the content they distribute. They’re like the barnacles of the boat industry, and some of you treat them like rock star idols.

Child porn people.. It’s indefensible. Where’s all the people outraged that these “smart” file locker owners weren’t responsible enough to setup a list of banned file names? They sunk themselves in the name of profits.
