I bought new PC, how I can move incomplete downoloads of uTorrent from old PC to new one?

To Kalij12:
just move the folder or file of ure incomplete downloads to the directory where ure new torrentz would go and run the .torrent file of that torent. It will automatically start checking and continue from the last position.
