Unfortunately, "the people" don't want "the truth". They're only interested in the "american dream". There seems to always be a balance of those who are awake and those fast asleep (who have no intention of awakening). The question is were will the scale tip in the coming days? Is the tipping point more people waking up? Or more buying into delusion? I don't know. All I know is where I stand. It appears that more are awakening...

Could someone do me a favor and cut and paste this for me on yahoo? They don't seem to want to let me post anything there, guess they didn't 'approve' of my previous posts.

Here's the post:

To my fellow Americans,

Please think about this WHOLE situation. Before you rupture a spleen in venomous anger, at least take an OBJECTIVE calm look at all the information. Read the posts I have seen for people calling to hang the guy BEFORE he is even convicted. I seem to recall something in our laws that said, "Innocent until proven guilty." While he may not be an American, doesn't it behoove us to at least extend the courtesy to him to show that, yes, even though our leaders have taken the wrong path, we, the people, still ADHERE to the principles set forth by our founding fathers?

Lets put this into perspective. It's now 1775, those criminals of the English crown, the colonists, have decided that they are tired of the back breaking taxes, of not having representation in the government, of having no say what so ever in how things are done. The trading houses exert enormous amounts of influence. The colonists finally said, "Enough is enough". They got off their butts and DID something about it. We used to have that kind of spirit, the spirit of freedom. What happened to us?

I think that the people who have lived here all their lives just take freedom for granted. People who have escaped totalitarian regimes and now live here, have a better appreciation for the freedoms we have.

The problem is, our government is no longer representing the people it is supposed to represent. This is real people. It is not a game. We are truly losing our freedom, it's not some kind of vague idea, it's happening. The time may come where we won't be able to take it back, it may already be too late. At the very least, at least accept the realities that are right in front of your face.

I am not in favor of exposing info that endangers American lives, or anyone elses lives for that matter. That being said, I also don't favor elite families and organizations that exploit their positions for the enhancement of their own wealth and power.

The damage the wikileaks has caused is open to debate, the implications of some of the data is not.

Will you, as an American, support and defend the CONSTITUTION of the united states?

Or will you shut your mind and your eyes and hope it all just goes away as they shut the gates on the freedom that every American soldier fought for and in many cases died for?

There IS something fishy about all this.

How could all this information come from a single source? There are meeting minutes from Bilderberg, diplomatic cables, apparently stuff on banks, reams of stuff. All from one source? This stuff covers a lot of ground. Surely there can't be a one stop shop for intel somewhere. It would make sense if the data covered a certain aspect, say the bank stuff, but to have so much stuff from so many different topics? It seems a little odd that all this info would be just laying around somewhere all neatly packaged, waiting for someone to just pick up. It just doesn't add up. Either someone failed miserably in their security practices and was for some unknown reason accumulating this stuff, or it was meant to leak. I suppose there could be other reasons, but I don't know the particulars about how this all went down. Just seems strange to me.
