Imagine TPB is hosted inside the parliament. Do you think none of IPs will still be logged there? When servers are actually inside some government building it should be fairly easy to collect IPs (or even other data) by the ISP. Although I support the move I guess there’s something to think about before saying “awesome!” about all this.
