2) Could you explain me as SHARING could be considered something illegal, independently if this is done of physical way or digital way?

I fail to see how this guy was a “Pre-Releaser”, as he didn’t got hold of any kind of leaked early copy before it was distributed, he’s just a FANSUBBER, who added subtitles to the already in the wild english dubbed file for those who prefer to watch the film in the original language, the same way lots of people fansub anime series outside of Japan, and many others subtitle any other movie or TV show anywhere in the world.

People who are uesd to dubs don’t really like reading subtitles, so the damage this so called “pre-releaser” has done is really small.

I also find it slight amusing how the troll comments call this uploader worthless when he translated, timed, encoded and finally provided a digital copy of a movie, all without charging anything for his work. That is far more real work than any of these trolls have ever done.

Why don´t they use all this technology to track real criminals?

Why is it so hard to look for the biggest killers and it´s so easy to sentence 10 years to a guy uploading a fuc*ing movie to the internet???

Everyone that really likes the media they get from downloads, usually gets the real CD or go to the movies regularly. It´s completely ridiculous to say that internet is fuc*ing the industry, since a lot of research has proven that in most cases it actually serves as a great marketing vehicle to the media/bands/movies/…

How many of you would NEVER heard of some cool band or some great movie if it wasn´t for the internet to bring that to you? And did you went to the show when the band was performing in your city? Off course you would never attend a show if you didn´t met the band in the first place!

There are millions of examples of how the internet is a good thing for the industry, but the greedy motherfuc*ers cannot take the [bad!?] side effects that came along with it!
