This stupid action taken by our Prosecutors has very little to do with rights infringement, the % of torrents with local content is ridiculous, and this Union that tried the same some years ago (hence the change from torrents.md to torrentsmd.com)has been actively collaborating with the site in blocking protected content.
Also local TV companies broadcast freshly made Hollywood movies, many of them with quotes "released by torrents.xx", and yet nothing happens to them...
Its one of two things here money as always, someone wants a piece of the pie (or to protect someone business - possible illegal), or the ongoing November elections.
"copyright expert Dorian Chirosca" - this is funny, we don't have such experts here, they even don't know what a torrent file is or how a tracker works.
Either way this isn't the real problem, apart the fact that TMD was not only a tracker, but also had a very good community forum (imagine the 250k users), active promotions and contests and a very effective social campaign (s2s - soul to soul), the real joke is in the law passed recently that will take force from 1 January which says: if you post a link to pirated content you can be prosecuted.
Not only we are the poorest country in Europe but also we have some of most idiotic lawmakers ever.

Automatically block the files, lulz.

Recompress with any packer, and the hashvalue changes.
Rename to GobbleGobble.rar and no filename recognition either.
Then run a seperate blog which holds the keys to the packed files and actual filenames.
Voila.

How EXACTLY do they plan to monitor that which cannot be monitored?

Duh.

"And on another note Julian Assange was just denied a work permit in Sweden and they top secreted the reasons for it… something for TF to look into perhaps?"

It is because the Swedish government is controlled by the US government.

The fact the CIA sent two of their sluts charging Assange with rape is telling enough particularly since we had advanced warning of this from the Australian secret service before it's happen.

This is so obvious that the US government and CIA reputation is pretty much damaged even further after the torture and kidnapping stories.

Now we know and everything is transparent and we know that we have to stop these criminals.
