how is indentifying individuals going to in any way stop companies being paid by other companies to jump sharks, i have no opprobrium towards any individual worker , after all, its just a juurb.
fwiw, we are all potentially working for someone who isn’t all that nice.

Funny how all these companies are trying to limit piracy and I thought that the Warner Music Group proposed plan to basically tax internet users was a good idea.

Good idea identifying the people behind this, they obtain peoples personal details illegally in order to intimidate and threaten them.

Due to the fact, that a lot of the messages on the page were german, itÂ´s for sure hard to know whats all about. one message on the page was for example
“Court happens when:
-after the cease&desist letter and 2 reminders (if no reaction)
- infringer refuses the action

Answers:”WouldnÂ´t it be better to lower the fine? And only then court”

To understand this, in germany in mostly works like this (only examples!):
Letter 1: 200 â‚¬
Letter 2: 600 â‚¬(because they need to write again)
Letter 3: again 200â‚¬

they donÂ´t like courts. but i think they do like money :)

The solution isn’t to take down just the company. DDoS and mail bombs won’t work either. All it does it give them legal leverage and all they need to do is filter their traffic.

You have to go after the unscrupulous individuals running the show.

Otherwise they just do what MediaDefender did. Hop in their car and drive to the office of the next company that happens to do the same illegal shit for the greedy bastards.

I suggest posting a website identifying their staff.
