The hip-hop legends of Public Enemy just released a BitTorrent bundle.
The group shares the new single “Get Up Stand Up” for free and more music can be “unlocked” by sharing an email address.
While these BitTorrent bundles are nothing new, the Public Enemy is more creative than most of the previous promo campaigns we’ve seen.
In addition to sharing music for free, the group also invited the public to share remixes via BitTorrent’s SoShare.
Needless to say, creativity will be rewarded.
The best remix will be released by Public Enemy and the runners-up will receive prizes ranging from Public enemy merch to equipment from Blue Mics and Native Instruments.
