Nobody create God or God have any partners. Why you asking this question is because there is many polytheism God out there whether its Zeus, Jesus or flying spaghetti monster and I think seriously and you know it God can’t have partners. If God create this universe how can you think somebody create God. Chapter Al-Ikhlas (The Sincerity) 112-4 from the Quran could answer your question:

Say, “He is Allah , [who is] One, Allah , the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.”

There you have it. Allah or God in Arabic don’t have any equivalent. He sees what you doing but he don’t have eyes because only his creations have eyes and he not equivalent to anything. He knows everything but he don’t have brain because only his creations have brain and he not equivalent to anything.

God is beyond what your brain could grasp because He is God – the creator of this universe.
