SOPA = dead, is this not known to the TF admin? This is, like, a good thing. PIPA may still stand in the way, but if the desire to spur technological innovation was key to the White House’s agenda to deny SOPA, then PIPA hasn’t got a hell of a chance of getting through either.

Is it too early to be unfurling the victory banners at this point?
