There’s an even worse study out there passed by the scientific equivalent of a contortionist – which tries to measure “loss of sales” if the hypothesis of the lost sale were to be described as correct.

Scientifically speaking immaculately put, but in real terms it was like reading a study trying to measure the mean temperature decrease on earth if some bearded dude a lightyear in length wet his fingers and snuffed out the sun like a candle tomorrow.

Where bought studies are concerned the real danger isn’t the scientist who had to turn a trick or two in order to secure their funding – and who tends to be quite obvious about it.

The danger is the “scientist” who has managed to become a full-time prostitute and goes about it with technique.

Bought science leaves a foul taste in my mouth. Fortunately peer reviews tend to put paid to most efforts pushed by some crap scientist rescuing her funding by selling herself to a marketing department.

This is where I’m supposed to say, they’re wrong. This is why I didn’t go to college. Because people come up with these types of “theories.” Who does this information help/benefit? How does this info tie into preventing/promoting piracy?
To be honest, I started downloading shit because it was usually on the front pages of Google before lobbyists and the likes started takedown requests and blacklists. Can we not call these same politicians and bike messengers “deviants and criminals?”

Professional student layabouts cooking up tailored “research” for corporate and political interests.

Federal funds shouldn’t go to colleges.

They should survive or disappear by the success, productivity and reimbursement of their Alumni.
